Putting the Pieces Together

His work creates space for the strategic conversations that matter - the ones that surface hard choices, resolve recurring debates, and build shared clarity around what comes next.

He doesn't arrive with predetermined answers. Instead, he brings process, perspective, and just enough structure to help teams figure out what really matters and align on the path forward. The result:

Who This Work Is For

Matt works with leadership teams at key moments of change - scaling challenges, market shifts, new leadership, or when a current strategy has run its course.

Many of his clients need a new strategic plan, with varying runways.  Some of his clients are organisations dealing with strategic overload, recurring debates that don't get resolved, or teams pulling in different directions. Many are growing fast and need to refocus. Others are facing levels of complexity and disruption that their old strategy tools can't handle anymore.

Matt's facilitation is best suited to leadership teams who want to think clearly together and take ownership of their next chapter without relying on canned models or a consultant to write their strategy for them.

Matt’s Approach

Matt doesn't come in with a predetermined answer. He shows up to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide the team toward clarity that lasts.

His role is to help leaders think at their best together. He facilitates the conversation, rather than directing it, creating space for insight, challenge, and forward movement.
